Position: Construction Commercial Trades - Carpenters / Welders / Electricians / Plumbers / Framers
City:Â Manteca, CA
Range of Pay: $18.00 – $30.00
Shift: 1st Shift – Working 4 days a week 10-hour days.

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Tradespeople, including Carpenters, Welders, Electricians, Plumbers, and Framers, to join our team in the modular building manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience or recent schooling in commercial construction to grow within a reputable company.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial construction and have experience in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, welding, electrical work, plumbing, or framing. This position offers the potential to transition into a permanent role with the company, making it a great long-term opportunity for dedicated and skilled workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, welding, electrical, plumbing, or framing.
· Recent schooling or on-the-job experience in commercial construction preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
· Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
· Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and tools.
· OSHA certifications or other relevant certifications are a plus.
· Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Use power tools and machinery in a safe and effective manner.
- Maintain and repair equipment and tools as necessary.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
