Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, planting, fertilizing, and weed control.

Dig, repair, and replace irrigation pipes, heads, and components.

Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems.

Conduct general maintenance and repairs including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical work.

Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.

Maintain and repair landscaping and maintenance tools and machinery.
-
Operate forklifts and other machinery as required.

Assist in pest control and plant care to ensure healthy landscaping.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks on time and up to quality standards.
Qualifications:

2+ years of landscaping experience (residential or commercial).

2+ years of general maintenance experience.
-
Proficient with hand and power tools.
-
Experience in building maintenance, construction, or related fields.

Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred).

Strong understanding of safety practices and protocols.

Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round.
