Position: Operations Coordinator
City: Sacramento, CA
Range of Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 DOE
Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm / Mon-Fri with possible OT
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator will act as the branch administrative contact. Coordinating and performing a diverse set of support tasks, assisting the Branch Manager with both branch staff and Service, Construction, and Carpentry clients, ensuring the branch and its facilities have the resources needed to operate smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensures that service department, dispatch, equipment needs, and supplies are maintained and ordered as requested.
· Support the various related needs of other departments.
· Interacts with vendors, and reviews equipment needs, supplies, materials, services, and product contracts.
· Creates purchase orders as needed
· Dispatch of service technicians
· Prepares departmental, maintenance, and other recurring schedules and reports for accuracy and efficiency for branch manager
· Oversees the disposal of unclaimed or surplus property.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
· Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical systems and procedures.
· Knowledge of a Union Environment.
Education and Experience:
· AS degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
