Job Summary:
As a Production Associate you will be an essential part of the production team, assisting in the preparation, packaging, and handling of seasonings and sauces. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards while following established production procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks on the production line, including measuring, powder, liquid filling and packaging.
- Operate equipment and machinery used in the production process, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your work area to meet sanitation and safety standards.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while adhering to company guidelines.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing production needs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Must adhere to all safety and hygiene guidelines.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced production environment, requiring prolonged standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and overtime based on production demands.
