Job Summary:<br>
Protech Staffing is currently hiring experienced winery production professionals for a well-established winery. We are seeking Bottle Line Machine Operators and Forklift Drivers who have previous winery experience and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.<br>
Key Responsibilities:<br>
Bottle Line Machine Operators:<br>
&bull; Operate, monitor, and adjust bottling line equipment<br>
&bull; Ensure bottles are properly filled, labeled, capped, and packaged<br>
&bull; Perform quality checks throughout the production process<br>
&bull; Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical problems<br>
&bull; Maintain production records and complete required documentation<br>
&bull; Follow sanitation, safety, and quality control procedures<br>
&bull; Assist with line changeovers and equipment setup<br>
Forklift Drivers:<br>
&bull; Safely operate forklifts to move wine products, materials, and packaging supplies<br>
&bull; Load and unload trucks and transport materials throughout the facility<br>
&bull; Supply bottling lines with necessary materials and remove finished products<br>
&bull; Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns<br>
&bull; Follow warehouse and production safety procedures<br>
&bull; Maintain accurate inventory movement records<br>
Skills and Qualifications:<br>
&bull; REQUIRED: Previous winery experience<br>
&bull; Experience operating bottling line machinery and/or forklifts in a winery environment<br>
&bull; Valid forklift certification preferred for forklift positions<br>
&bull; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality<br>
&bull; Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting<br>
&bull; Reliable attendance and strong work ethic<br>

Job Summary:<br>
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support winery bottling operations. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting bottling line equipment to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. The ideal candidate has previous machine operating experience in a winery, beverage, food production, or manufacturing environment and can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.<br>
Key Responsibilities:<br>
&bull; Operate and monitor bottling line machinery, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging equipment<br>
&bull; Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed<br>
&bull; Monitor production flow and ensure product quality standards are maintained<br>

The System Analyst will support manufacturing and production systems by troubleshooting equipment issues, assisting with automation systems, and partnering closely with Maintenance, Operations, and IT teams. This role requires a hands-on professional who enjoys working directly within a manufacturing environment to identify and resolve system-related issues, minimize downtime, and improve overall system performance and reliability.<br> 

<br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>
Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting equipment and system issues Work with Maintenance and Operations teams to resolve downtime events Read and interpret PLCs, electrical diagrams, and system drawings Assist with installation, testing, and startup of equipment Perform basic root cause analysis on system or equipment failures Support preventative maintenance and system inspections Document issues and assist with system improvements Work with technical teams to support automation and controls systems<br> 

<br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>

&#9;&#9;<li>2+ years thru-hole and surface-mount soldering.
&#9;&#9;<li>Component-level soldering repair required. RF (radio frequency) acumen required.
&#9;&#9;<li>Testing/Troubleshooting/Repair of PCBs (printed circuit boards) at the component-level.&nbsp;
&#9;&#9;<li>Associate will be working on radio antennas / amplifier transmitters.
&#9;&#9;<li>Heavy equipment of 50+lbs. Will not be required to lift, but must be willing to work with heavy electronic equipment. (i.e. slide radios on a conveyor belt)
&#9;&#9;<li>RF Techs will have an assigned workbench that will be a shared workspace between 1st shift & 2nd shift technicians.&nbsp;
&#9;&#9;<li>Computer literate. Basic computer proficiency & data entry. Be able to navigate&nbsp; computer applications (i.e. MS Office).&nbsp;
&#9;&#9;<li>Communicate with others in English. Training will be conducted in English. All technicians must be able to communicate with the team in English.&nbsp;
