Responsibilities:

  • Prepare outbound shipments using SAP and UPS.

  • Create shipping labels and accurately enter package dimensions and weights.

  • Compare shipping rates to identify the most cost-effective shipping method.

  • Track shipments and provide proof of delivery (POD).

  • Create packing slips, delivery receipts, and process call tags.

  • Inspect packages for accurate and efficient packing.

  • Maintain daily shipping records and order shipping supplies.

  • Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of shipping or logistics experience preferred.

  • Experience with SAP and UPS WorldShip is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
