Phone Repair Technician – Flower Mound, TX or Haslet, TX
Pay: 15.01/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM- 2:30PM
(Flexibility required for occasional overtime or shift adjustments)
Overview
Protech Staffing is seeking skilled and motivated Phone Repair Technicians to support our growing iOS repair operation in Haslet, Texas. The ideal candidate will have prior cell phone or electronics repair experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. Candidates who are flexible to work on both iOS and Android (Samsung) devices will be highly preferred.
This role offers hands-on technical work in a clean, production-style environment with opportunities for growth and cross-training in various repair operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze failed phones according to established methods and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined timeframes using OEM standards.
- Disassemble and reassemble mobile devices with attention to cosmetic quality.
- Remove and replace LCD screens, back housings, motherboards, and batteries.
- Perform component-level replacements and ensure secure installation of screws and parts.
- Inspect completed repairs to verify full functionality and cosmetic standards.
- Follow detailed repair instructions, safety guidelines, and quality control processes.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production and operational needs.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and repair tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work across multiple device types (iOS and Android).
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in phone, tablet, or small electronics repair strongly preferred.
- Experience in a production or technical repair setting is a plus.
