Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time | Day Shift

Protech Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator proficient in MasterCam to join a precision manufacturing team in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong programming, setup, and machining skills and the ability to work independently on complex and prototype parts.

Job Summary:
Protech Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator proficient in MasterCam to join a precision manufacturing team in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong programming, setup, and machining skills and the ability to work independently on complex and prototype parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC Lathes and Mills using MasterCam and manual G-Code.
- Design and build fixtures, tooling, and setups for new and repeat jobs.
- Perform first-article and in-process inspections to ensure part accuracy.
- Troubleshoot tooling, offsets, and dimensional issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of CNC programming and machining experience.
- Strong knowledge of MasterCam and blueprint reading.
- Skilled in precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
