Shift: 1st shift - M-F 7:30am-3:40pm + OT
Location: Redlands, CA
Range of Pay: $22.25-$22.50 per hr.
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Job Summary:
This position is directly responsible for the distribution of custom catalog data and digital assets including conventional “flat” images and 360-degree images, This position reports to the Catalog Department Manager.

Position Title: Content Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:
This position is directly responsible for the distribution of custom catalog data and digital assets including conventional “flat” images and 360-degree images, This position reports to the Catalog Department Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create data exports from pre-established templates for monthly data delivery.
- Ensure on-time delivery of catalog data updates in proper format with correct notation to multiple customers.
- Receive and distribute internal feedback and audit files from customers.
- Be responsive & proactive in managing requests and inquiries from internal management, sales team, and customers.
- Review and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Bulk image delivery and Bulk image renaming.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with bulk data handling, including file formatting (CSV/XML) and structured data delivery
- Knowledge of file-sharing tools (e.g., FTP, Google Drive, SharePoint)
- Basic understanding of batch processing tools or renaming software
- Prior experience working with internal or external stakeholders in a support or coordination capacity
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, NetSuite) and catalog management platforms.
