Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Temporary with potential for permanent hire
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite During Temporary Assignment
Benefits After Permanent Hire
Upon conversion to a permanent position, employees may become eligible for a hybrid schedule: Tuesday–Thursday onsite and Monday/Friday remote.
Job Summary

This position reviews supporting documentation, maintains accurate claim records, identifies root causes, and works closely with Customer Service, Operations, Accounting, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and research customer shortage and overage claims.
- Investigate deductions and chargebacks using supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate deduction and claim records.
- Research, challenge, and help resolve invalid deductions.
- Work with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly findings and monthly deduction summaries.
- Analyze deduction and chargeback trends.
- Maintain accurate documentation in company systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–3 years of relevant administrative or office experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with order management, deduction management, or ERP systems preferred.
- NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently.
