Protech Staffing is seeking motivated and experienced Cherry Picker & Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This position offers a stable work schedule, a strong focus on safety, quality, and employee engagement, and opportunities to develop valuable hands-on production skills.

Overview
Protech Staffing is seeking motivated and experienced Cherry Picker & Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This position offers a stable work schedule, a strong focus on safety, quality, and employee engagement, and opportunities to develop valuable hands-on production skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Operate stand-up reach and cherry picker forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, move products to staging or storage areas, and supply production lines.
- Pick and pull orders accurately according to pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify product codes, counts, and lot numbers to ensure accuracy.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and material replenishment as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience operating Cherry Picker and/or Stand-Up Reach forklifts (Raymond or Crown preferred).
- Valid Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain one).
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, shipping, or receiving preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus.
- Reliable and safety-conscious with a good attendance record.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production and operational goals.
