Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures and policies to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed.
- Report any production or equipment issues to supervisors and provide suggestions for improving processes.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production line machinery and equipment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- HR background (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced production environment, requiring prolonged standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
