Protech Staffing is seeking motivated and experienced Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Grand Prairie, Texas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Load and unload materials from machines, conveyors, and storage areas.
- Operate or assist in operating production machinery and equipment.
- Assemble, inspect, process, and package components or finished products.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills
- Stand or walk for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to read, write, count, and use basic computer programs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Bend, twist, reach, and pull for extended periods.
- Perform repetitive hand movements and fine manipulation.
- Lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Work safely around machinery in a production environment with possible dust exposure
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior manufacturing or production experience a plus
