Position: Production Associate / Manufacturing Associate
Location: Riverside, CA
Pay: $18.50–$18.75 per hour | Weekly Pay
Shift: 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday | M-F 2:30pm-11:00pm + OT
Assignment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity
Overtime: Available as needed
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assigned production machinery after training.
- Assist with coating and finishing processes for gas cylinders.
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Perform basic quality checks and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working around strong chemical and industrial odors.
- Comfortable working in a loud industrial environment.
- Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled facility, where temperatures may vary.
- Must be able to follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
- PPE and required safety equipment must be worn at all times as directed.
