Position: Maintenance Mechanic
City: Stockton, CA
Range of Pay: $22.00 - Depending on experience, please apply

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join a manufacturing team in Stockton, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of industrial machinery and facility systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the continued reliability and safety of our production operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that manufactures and tests advanced crushing equipment for customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, tools, and equipment in the manufacturing facility.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, fabrication equipment (e.g., welders, presses, grinders), motors, gearboxes, and production tools.
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance work performed.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Assist with installation and setup of new machines or equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Familiarity with machine shop equipment (lathes, mills, welding, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical systems and work safely around 3-phase power.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
