This position plays a key role in supporting the supply chain and logistics team by driving process improvements, managing operational KPIs, and delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making.
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, this role will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and superior logistics performance across the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data related to supply chain and logistics operations.
- Continuously evaluate processes and procedures, recommending methods to improve efficiency and service for both internal and external customers.
- Develop, track, and maintain operational KPIs to measure performance and identify trends.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on operational performance, documenting areas for improvement.
- Present KPI reports and performance analyses to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Research and resolve supply chain or logistics issues proactively to prevent disruptions.
- Perform other duties as assigned and appropriate for the position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with data analytics or business intelligence software preferred.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to connect data across multiple operational areas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Collaborative team player capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
