Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Assemblers to work in a cold food production environment following strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. This position involves packaging, assembling, and inspecting food products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Team members must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment and following all food safety and personal hygiene rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package food products according to production specifications and safety standards.
- Work in a cold environment while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety procedures at all times.
- Ensure all products meet quality and packaging requirements before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or product concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Follow all company safety policies, including proper lifting and handling techniques.
- Adhere to dress code — no jewelry, artificial nails, nail polish, or loose clothing allowed.
- Previous experience in food production or packaging preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in cold temperatures (approximately 35–45°F).
