Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
Position Summary
The Quality Inspector B is responsible for auditing warehouse processes and ensuring associate compliance across Receiving, Put Away, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, and Shipping operations. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, order integrity, and adherence to operational standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, quality inspection experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in English while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform final inspection and packaging of products
- Audit warehouse processes for quality and accuracy
- Verify part numbers against packing lists
- Count and inspect parts accurately
- Open, close, and tape boxes for shipment
- Use pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Identify and report quality deficiencies to management
- Ensure repaired products pass inspection standards
- Follow work instructions and operational procedures closely
- Support branch metrics and customer KPI requirements
- Provide guidance and coaching related to quality inspections
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation
- Minimum 1 year of quality control experience in:
- Warehouse logistics
- Electronics
- Telecommunications
- Food industry quality control experience does not apply
- English proficiency required:
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Training will be conducted in English
- Basic computer proficiency required:
- Data entry
- MS Office and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to count accurately and perform basic math
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Previous quality inspection experience preferred
- Stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Handle boxes and pallets throughout shift
- Perform repetitive inspection and packaging tasks
