Job Description
Protech Staffing is hiring a Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler for a Temperature controlled environment repair center in Fontana, CA.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with soldering experience, electronic assembly, PCB assembly, or production technician backgrounds who want to grow their skills in electronics manufacturing, repair, and testing.

Range of Pay: $20.26 – $20.50/hr | Weekly Pay
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (+ OT)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering and de-soldering (surface mount & thru-hole components)
- Assemble, rework, and repair electronic components and circuit boards (PCB assembly)
- Conduct basic testing, inspection, and troubleshooting
- Identify and replace faulty components using basic diagnostic tools
- Follow work instructions, schematics, diagrams, and assembly procedures
- Maintain production quality and meet daily output goals
- Follow strict ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of soldering or electronic assembly experience preferred
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or production environment a plus
- Ability to use hand tools and basic test equipment (multimeter preferred)
- Ability to read work instructions and basic diagrams (schematics a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn electronic repair and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
